Originally from Romania, Livia initially aspired to a career in architecture but decided to follow her true passion for skin care instead. From a young age, she was captivated by skincare’s ability to enhance her clients’ confidence and overall well-being. Since graduating in 2000 from the Christine Valmy International School, Livia has combined her cultural roots with formal training to create a unique approach to skincare. With every treatment, Livia shares a part of herself, her heritage, and her dedication to helping others discover their inner and outer beauty.

Originally from Eastern Europe, Angelina fell in love with esthetics while her twenties. She has always loved to look and feel beautiful and wants other women to feel the same way. As a teen she had troubled skin and spent years searching for ways to remedy it. This is what sparked her interest and passion for skincare. Angelina is genuinely passionate in helping any man or woman achieve their skin goals by addressing, assessing, and correcting their skin’s individual and immediate needs.
Susan Li
Susan grew up in northern China, the daughter of Chinese and Korean parents. She was taught to take care of her skin at an early age by her mother who instilled in Susan a commitment and passion for healthy skin care. Susan immigrated t o the United States in 2010 after spending two years in Seoul, Korea working as a Cosmetologist.
After arriving in New York, Susan began to follow her passion for healthy skin care working alongside Chanan Sen perfecting her gentle and soothing facial massage technique. Susan received her New York State Cosmetology license in 2012 and continued working as a licensed Cosmetologist while pursuing her career as an Esthetician. She completed her advanced Esthetician training in New York and became a licensed Esthetician in New York State. After working in several Manhattan spas, Susan found her home at Rescue Spa.
I believe the health of your skin is a reflection of your overall wellness; that’s why it’ s important to commit yourself to healthy skin care. I want my clients to genuinely feel very satisfied with their skin treatment. It’s important each client receives a customized treatment suited for his or her skin type, as well as, the knowledge to continue healthy skin care at home.
Maven Sessoms
Maven ( Yolanda), a native New Yorker, has been an esthetician for nearly 19 years, licensed in New York and Pennsylvania. Throughout her career she has worked for spas, wellness centers, plastic surgeons and even operated her own day spa for 5 years.
She became intrigued by skin and its connection to health at an early age. Her mother suffered with severe eczema and completely reversed her condition with topical herbal salves and diet change.
Maven has always believed that skin as the largest organ of the body is affected by our total wellness. Healing and treating skin with effective products, service and care.
