Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your order provided items you ordered are in stock. You will receive an email from us if items are on backorder or are out of stock. Delivery time of your order depends on the shipping destination and shipping method chosen. UPS Ground typically takes 3-4 days for delivery depending on location. Orders valued over $500 will automatically require a signature for delivery. Please contact us before or when you place your order if you would like to waive the signature required for your package.
If you are receiving the delivery to your residence and don’t plan to be home, we would advise signing up for UPS My Choice. This is a free service and UPS will email you 24 hours in advance of your delivery. Clothing, Lingerie & Swimwear Return Policy
We are unable to accept any returns of briefs, swimsuits, or bikini bottoms. If you would like to exchange or return any other articles of clothing, all tags, designer labels, and anything the items arrived in must be intact. This includes no stains or blemishes on the articles of clothing. Returns not meeting our policy will not be processed. If a return is not accepted and you would like the item shipped back to you, you are responsible for the shipping cost to have the item sent back to you.

When redeeming a Gift Card purchased online, the recipient will be required to show identification that matches the name on the Gift Card so please be sure to address the Gift Card to the recipient’s full name.
Gift Cards purchased online may take up to 24 hours to be active for use.
Gift Cards may be used in person at our locations to pay for any services or products.
The value of a Gift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
A Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit towards Rescue accounts.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.

When there is an update to your order (e.g. shipment) you will receive an email from Rescue Spa with information on your order. As an added convenience, Rescue now provides our guests the convenience of registering for an account to enhance your shopping experience. From your account, you can view the status of your order, reorder products, create and share a wishlist and more. If you did not register for an account, please contact us for your order information.
