Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your order provided items you ordered are in stock. You will receive an email from us if items are on backorder or are out of stock. Delivery time of your order depends on the shipping destination and shipping method chosen. UPS Ground typically takes 3-4 days for delivery depending on location. Boxes, A.P.O. or F.P.O.

Orders valued over $500 will automatically require a signature for delivery. Please contact us before or when you place your order if you would like to waive the signature required for your package.

If you are receiving the delivery to your residence and don’t plan to be home, we would advise signing up for UPS My Choice. This is a free service and UPS will email you 24 hours in advance of your delivery. The email will advise you of the approximate delivery window and delivery options if you don’t plan to be home at that time. Sign up now: www.ups.com/mychoice.

Rescue Spa hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund or store credit on all goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition.

If your tracking says the package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us for assistance.

You can place your order securely through ShopRescueSpa.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To add items to your Shopping Bag, simply click on “Add to Bag” for the product you wish to purchase. To remove an item from your Shopping Bag, click on the “Remove Item” icon or change the quantity to 0 and click “Update Shopping Cart.” To change the quantity of items, change the number in the box under “Qty” and click “Update Shopping Cart.” You can also call (866) 772-2766 and choose option 2 on the menu to place your order.

State & Local Sales Tax

The terms contained herein are subject to change, as the taxation of online transactions is continually evolving. Shop Rescue Spa strives to comply with state and local tax laws as they exist currently, and continues to monitor and update its taxation policies as those laws change.

How Tax is Calculated

The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rates of the address where your order is delivered to or fulfilled from. For example, if you live in a state that does not impose a sales tax, you may still see tax calculated on your order if shipped to another state. Moreover, the tax rates applied to your order may also be different for a variety of reasons, such as a shipment to a residential home versus a business address.

Please note the following important Gift Card Terms & Conditions:

• Gift cards purchased on or after September 1, 2022 can be used online at shoprescuespa.com and at our Philadelphia or New York spa locations.
• When redeeming a Gift Card purchased online, the recipient will be required to show identification that matches the name on the Gift Card so please be sure to address the Gift Card to the recipient’s full name.
• Gift Cards purchased online may take up to 24 hours to be active for use.
• Gift Cards may be used in person at our locations to pay for any services or products.
• The value of a Gift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
• A Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit towards Rescue accounts.
• Gift Cards are non-refundable.
• Gift cards are valid for 1 year after their date of purchase
• Acceptance of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms & conditions.

You can view the status of your orders by logging into your account. Click on “My Account” at the top of the page to view your account information. If you do not have an account, take a moment to create one to experience the convenience of online shopping with Rescue Spa.

When there is an update to your order (e.g. shipment) you will receive an email from Rescue Spa with information on your order. As an added convenience, Rescue now provides our guests the convenience of registering for an account to enhance your shopping experience. From your account, you can view the status of your order, reorder products, create and share a wishlist and more. If you did not register for an account, please contact us for your order information.

You can update your account information by simply logging into your account and choosing from the menu items on the left side of the page under “My Account.”
